From the minute you wake up until the minute your reception comes to an end, we will plan out the timeline for the day to ensure a smooth and successful event

Vendor Management

We will serve as point of contact for your wedding day as well as the four weeks leading up to the event. No need for you to be bothered with tons of questions, let us handle that!

Day of Management

Remember that timeline we put together? Well we are going to make sure it happens exactly as planned. We will keep you on schedule (and stress free) so your event stays on time and is executed flawlessly. We also will coordinate and run your rehearsal as well!

Event Breakdown

After such a long day the last thing anyone wants to do is worry about clean up.  Allow our team of experts to efficiently pack and load up all décor as well as take out trash or any other Venue requirements needed before leaving.

Buffet Management

If your catering does not include buffet management our team will manage the buffet and make sure it stays stocked and clean. We will also bust tables and manage the trash.

Partial Planning

Ideal for a bride/groom who knows what they want but would like help finding vendors to meet their budget and execute their vision. Assistance and guidance on executing planning tasks and communication with vendors. Price is custom depending on your exact needs.
